Full-Time Account Executive (Tampa only)
Bay Food Brokerage is looking for a full-time Account Executive to join our Sales team! In this role, you’ll manage client relationships, analyze sales performance, and support strategic growth initiatives for leading food brands.

Key Responsibilities- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
- Analyze client and retailer data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and present sales materials and promotional planners.
- Coordinate buyer meetings, sample submissions, and timelines.
- Support trade shows and new business efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure retailer compliance and resolve issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Broker experience in GM/HBC is preferred. Strong relationships and deep knowledge of these categories is required.
- Proven experience in account management or sales within the food industry, preferably in a brokerage environment calling on Publix.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Willingness to provide after-hours,weekend, and holiday coverage when necessary.
- Ability to travel as needed.
