Our client is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager – North America to take the lead on driving revenue growth across key industrial sectors. This is a hands‑on, individual contributor role, ideal for a motivated sales professional with a deep understanding of tangible, industrial B2B products. You'll be responsible for growing market share, developing distribution networks, and creating strategies that lead to measurable business impact.
ProjectsYou’ll Work On
- Grow sales across North America by developing new customer relationships while expanding business with existing accounts.
- Lead strategic sales initiatives in sectors like mining, tunneling, and construction, focusing on safety and communications systems.
- Spearhead go‑to‑market strategies for industrial‑grade communication solutions and systems.
- Represent our client at industry events, trade shows, and distributor training programs to boost visibility and drive engagement.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams—engineering, quoting, purchasing, and production—to deliver quality solutions on time and on budget.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record in tangible, industrial product sales.
- Strong ability to build and manage distributor networks and craft successful go‑to‑market sales strategies.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and building long‑term customer relationships.
- Comfortable creating and executing strategic sales plans and revenue forecasts across a broad territory.
- Experience identifying new markets and securing business in untapped verticals.
- Strong network of contacts within the mining, construction, or tunneling industries.
- Experience selling technical solutions such as confined space communications systems or leaky feeder networks.
- Familiarity with DAS, LTE
, and industrial communication infrastructures. - Technical aptitude and a background in sales related to engineering or system‑based products

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills—verbal and written.
- Strategic thinker who thrives in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment.
- Highly self‑motivated and capable of working independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Engineering, or related field).
