My Outdoor Joy  Independent Sales Representative

We are looking for a self‑starting, motivated entrepreneur to join our organization as an Independent Sales Representative working with SMB’s. As one of our sales reps, you take the initiative to identify potential customers, build client relationships, and guide clients through the sales process to select the corporate membership plan that best meets their needs. You need excellent communication skills and must be well‑versed in B2B sales.

This position is ideal for someone who is goal‑oriented, enjoys managing their own client base, and enjoys the outdoor industry.

• Develop relationships with clients to determine their needs
• Recommend our products and services that meet those needs
• Track progress and developments through customer relationship management platforms
• Work with company management to develop custom solutions for clients
• Provide bi-monthly sales funnel and corporate contact information
• Must be able to make nine appointments per week, minimum, after the 3rd week
• Experience working with companies (SMB) with 3‑50 employees.

• Experience working in a commission‑only sales environment, preferred
• Prior sales experience is strongly preferred
• Self‑starting attitude and personal initiative
• Familiarity with our service offerings
• Must have reliable transportation and no DUI convictions
• High‑energy and goal‑oriented personality
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must provide a weekly sales funnel with prospects’ appointments
• Dress requirement:
  Business Casual (No Jeans, Polo Shirts, or Sneakers)
• Sales territory:
  Mecklenburg and Cabarrus County
• Salary at plan: $50,000–$75,000

• 20% of sales closed, paid bi‑weekly upon client payment and signed contract, product offering range between $950–$15,000
• $1,000 bonus with $12,000 in sales within 3 months
• $3,000 bonus after $32,000 sales, within 6 months
• $5,000 bonus after $60,000 in sales revenue within a year
• $10,000 bonus after $110,000 in sales within a year
• $15,000 bonus after $165,000 in sales within a year
