We’re expanding fast and looking for driven Field Service Representatives who are confident, professional, and motivated to succeed.
What You’ll Do- Meet with homeowners for pre‑scheduled, confirmed appointments (no cold calls)
- Conduct thorough roof inspections and document findings
- Educate homeowners on available solutions, materials, and pricing options
- Help customers make informed, confident decisions
- Deliver 5‑10 in‑home consultations per week
- Maintain detailed notes and follow‑ups through CRM software
- Attend team meetings and ongoing training
- $125,000‑$200,000+ per year (base draw + uncapped commission + bonuses)
- Average monthly earnings: $10,000‑$18,000
- Weekly pay structure
- Paid training included
- Monday‑Friday:
Appointments at 1 pm & 6 pm and occasionally 10 am as well - Saturday: 10 am and 2 pm appointments
- Sales meetings:
Ongoing daily - Field‑based role (drive 30‑90 mins to confirmed appointments)
- 3+ years of outside sales or customer‑facing experience
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Coachable, confident, and highly motivated personality
- Tech‑savvy (comfortable using tablets or CRM software)
- iPad required (purchase through us is available)
