Join our team as a Field Marketer and become a key brand ambassador for Champion Windows and Champion Products. As a Field Marketer, you will cultivate leads, set appointments, and showcase our window and home exterior solutions across events, festivals, and home shows.

• Approach and engage potential prospects while canvassing, at home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs.
• Door‑to‑door residential appointment setting.
• Maintain company standards for appearance and attire.
• Maintain a consistent positive attitude in the workplace.
• Stay up‑to‑date with current product knowledge and promotions.
• Demonstrate Champion Windows and Home Exterior products to prospects at events.
• Schedule in‑home estimate appointments for the sales team.
• Assist with booth setup and breakdown.
• Contribute to internal social media platforms and company culture efforts.
• Utilize data entry on multiple forms of mobile technology.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Self‑motivated with a competitive spirit.
• Strong, aggressive prospect engagement skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work weekends and stand for up to 8–10 hours.
• Ability to walk for 4–8 hours and travel 10% of the time.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.

Hourly base pay $18.00–$20.00 plus commission. Potential weekly earnings range from $750–$1,500. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, 401(k), and a flex‑spending account.
