What You’ll DoAs an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities and managing client relationships with a focus on ground and air shipment services. You'll collaborate closely with our sales and operations teams to deliver strategic solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Grow business by identifying and qualifying potential accounts in need of logistics and transportation solutions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through prospecting (cold calling, email campaigns, trade shows, face to face networking).
- Close deals by presenting tailored service offerings and negotiating contract terms.
- Consistently report on market trends and business opportunities.
- At least 2 years experience in transportation/logistics industry sales
- An existing network in ground transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in cold calling, networking, and developing client relationships.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset and a willingness to learn.
