You are the National Equipment Sales Manager specializing in core equipment and dental cabinets. You will drive sales and build long‑term relationships with dental equipment suppliers, clinics, and professionals. While our main focus is on dental cabinets, you will also support the promotion and sale of dental chairs and units manufactured by our parent company.
Responsibilities- Sales Generation:
- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities within the dental industry.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers and actively convert leads into sales.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our dental cabinet solutions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute sales plans, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers in dental equipment suppliers, clinics, and professionals.
- Understand customer needs, preferences, and budgets, and provide tailored product recommendations and solutions.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and address concerns or issues professionally and timely.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and product offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Product Knowledge and Training:
- Develop a deep understanding of our dental cabinet products, features, and technical specifications.
- Keep up‑to‑date with product enhancements, new releases, and advancements in dental cabinet technology.
- Provide product training and support to customers, dental professionals, and the sales team as needed.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the dental or medical equipment industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales deals.
- Self‑motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel to meet with customers and attend industry conferences or trade shows (80% travel).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior experience in selling dental or medical equipment is highly desirable.

Base salary plus commissions based on experience. Traveling expenses are paid. This position is remote but requires extensive travel for field projects, meetings, conferences, trainings, and events, often including overnight, weekend and international travel. The work environment is a professional dental office environment and may require presence at the HQ office.
