Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting commercial kitchen and restaurant equipment
• Provide excellent customer service in a retail environment
• Maintain product knowledge and communicate features and benefits to customers
• Safely operate and drive a 16 ft. box truck for deliveries
• Load and unload equipment as needed
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Support showroom organization, restocking, and merchandising
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to drive and maneuver a 16 ft. box truck
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment with proper tools/assistance
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Reliable, responsible, and professional demeanor
