Lead AGV Sales Engineer

Position Overview:

You will combine your technical automation expertise with a commercial, customer-focused mindset to sell our AGV solutions to our U S customers. From initial enquiry to sale, you will understand our customers application requirements and present solutions using clear communication that will help customers see the value of our automation technology.

• Sell AGV solutions to drive business growth, turning customer needs into commercial opportunities.
• Present confidently to customers, both on-site and virtually, with a focus on closing deals.
• Conduct site surveys, feasibility discussions, and technical assessments to support the sales process.
• Communicate technical AGV concepts in clear, compelling solutions that influence decision-makers.
• Engage with businesses to understand workflows, operational constraints, and automation requirements.
• Develop tailored solution proposals in collaboration with engineering, project, and operations teams.
• Deliver demonstrations, trials, and technical evaluations to showcase value and secure commitments.
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships.

You are an experienced Automation Sales Engineer who enjoys selling advanced technical solutions to industrial customers. You have a detailed understanding of AGVs, robotics, and automated systems, with a proven track record of selling complex solutions and closing deals.
