We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, driven, sales development representative (SDR) to join our fast-growing CPA firm in North Carolina. SDR will be responsible for lead generation - developing and maintaining relationships to create new business and clients for our growing firm.

- Develop and maintain consistent contact with leads via phone call, email, or in-person meetings.
- Attend events, networking and meetings to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers.
- Demonstrate ability to meet sales objectives.
- Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales.
- Generate and submit sales reports to management.
- Act as face of company providing outstanding customer service to new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Function effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Prospect new business opportunities with cold calling, emailing, and relationship building.
- Interact daily with prospects via all contact outlets, including social media.
- Develop best practices for catering to the target market and converting leads to new clients.
- Participate in prospecting meetings with internal teams when needed.
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM system regarding prospects key information.
