Operations

Support Specialist

This role requires individuals to be detailed oriented and task‑completion focused with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects. Strong technology operation is required. We are looking for someone with team spirited interpersonal skills and a solution minded problem solver with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment under deadlines, and quick turnarounds while maintaining accuracy.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Build new jobs into CRM
  • Reviewing orders for accuracy
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail
  • Ability to work with Field Estimators for discrepancies if needed
  • Ability to hit necessary deadlines on a daily basis
  • Customer data entry
  • Navigate builder portals such as Builder Trend and Supply Pro
Qualifications

A qualified candidate would be responsible for building new jobs into the CRM and working with Field Estimators to ensure data is properly entered into the CRM.

  • Knowledge of flooring
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Familiarity with RFMS, CRM, and Schedule Pro is a plus
  • High Attention to Detail
