As a Project Consultant
, you’ll represent the nation’s leading name in premium replacement windows and doors
. Our clients are homeowners who value quality, design, and performance
, and they expect a sales experience that matches the caliber of the products we deliver.

• Meet with homeowners (appointments provided – no cold calling).
• Deliver engaging, consultative in-home presentations.
• Close sales using a proven one-call close approach.
• Average annual earnings of over $150k with uncapped earning potential.
• You will use the tools, training and sales methodology and create a connection with the customers to offer our replacement services.
• You will have industry leading product samples, support and technology to assist you in closing the sale.
• Commitment to customer service experience from start to end.

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions

• Strong closing skills with a consultative, relationship-based approach.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
• Self-motivation and results orientation.
• College degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
