• Travel throughout assigned territory to service accounts.
• Check quantities of goods on display, cold box placements, in stock and service the accounts.
• Fill shelves from displays and back stock to ensure out‑of‑stock items are minimized.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Communicate with Sales Consultants regarding changes in buyers’ preferences, out‑of‑stock inventory, oversight in shelf space, and any concerns or situations encountered during business hours.
• Build and develop trust and a strong working relationship with retailers by upholding Johnson Brothers corporate values, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a “can‑do” attitude.
• Perform other work‑related tasks and special projects as assigned.

• Work experience in the liquor industry, such as bartender, wait staff, liquor store experience, or equivalent.
• Goal‑oriented and results driven.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritize work.
• Competitive, self‑motivated, and customer‑service oriented.
• Professional written and oral communication skills are required.
• Reliable transportation with valid insurance and a good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50‑pound cases, sometimes repeatedly.
• Must live in or near the territory for best service to accounts.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and motor vehicle records review.
