Full Line Med Device Sales Rep – Oncology
Location: Charlotte, NC (Territory: NC, SC, TN, KY; 2–3 days travel per week; maximum 2 nights overnight).
Salary: $70,000 base + commission + car allowance. OTE first year: $130,000, with growth potential.
Position Overview: MED Device/Healthcare company seeking a sales representative with 1–2 years of light medical device experience, preferably in hospitals or physician offices, or 2–8 years of stable Fortune 1000 outside B2B sales experience (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Cintas, Xerox, Enterprise Rent‑a‑Car).
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of light medical device sales experience (associate preferred) OR 2–8 years of stable Fortune 1000 outside B2B sales experience.
- Must live in Greater Charlotte area.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- No job hoppers.
- Strong sales motivation and ability to manage territory.
