Territory Sales Representative - Non-Alc

Molson Coors Beverage Company invites applications for the role of Territory Sales Representative - Non-Alc. This position focuses on building and maintaining relationships with store managers and decision makers to increase market share and promote our portfolio within your territory.

Pay

Base pay: $50,000 – $65,600 per year.

Estimated benefits: ~$23,000 per employee annually.

Responsibilities
  • Build a positive rapport with retail customers within a defined territory; respond promptly and professionally.
  • Execute the sales plan by expanding SKU distribution, increasing shelf space, displays, and brand collateral placement.
  • Implement Annual Operating Plan (AOP) events and calendars.
  • Submit regular recaps, participate in sales/business meetings and presentations.
  • Stay current on product knowledge and competitors.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 1+ years experience in sales or management, preferably in the non‑alcoholic beverage space.
  • Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong verbal/written and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently, remotely and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
