About the Role

As a Business Development Representative
, you’ll be the face of Kaiser in the community—creating new partnerships, generating leads, and helping homeowners and businesses discover why Kaiser is one of the most trusted names in roofing and exterior solutions. You’ll work closely with our sales and operations teams to build a strong pipeline and contribute to expansion efforts in the Atlanta region.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify and engage prospective customers through networking, community outreach, canvassing, events, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, business owners, insurance partners, and community organizations.
  • Educate potential customers on Kaiser’s services, process, and value proposition.
  • Track outreach activities, leads, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
  • Represent Kaiser at local events, trade shows, and networking functions.
  • Contribute ideas and market feedback to help improve strategy and customer experience.
What You Bring
  • Previous experience in business development, outside sales, customer engagement, or a similar field (roofing or construction industry a plus but not required).
  • A naturally outgoing, driven personality with strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Comfort with field‑based work, community outreach, and canvassing.
  • A self‑starter mindset—you’re proactive, persistent, and goal‑oriented.
  • Ability to learn quickly and speak confidently about products and services.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
