Sales Representative

The Sales Representative maintains and creates new sales relationships with the company’s Masonry, Concrete and Timber Pile customers, oversees and manages various jobs.

• Facilitates and initiates the relationship between company and client.
• Provides general relationship management, assistance, and customer support to clients.
• Ensures company’s clients are satisfied with their purchase(s) and interactions with the company.
• Retains current customers and attracts new customers by ensuring the client is happy and responsive.
• Assist in identifying prospective clients and initiating contact.
• Remain up to date and knowledgeable on products.
• Update and inform team and management of clients’ expectations.
• Follows up with clients to ensure their experience was positive and their needs were met.
• Assists in project managing the jobs.
• Performs other duties as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Three years of sales or customer relations experience preferred.
• Completion of Sales Training classes or certification preferred.
