Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you’ll represent our clients’ brands directly to customers, turning conversations into sales and first impressions into lasting relationships. This role suits competitive, people-driven individuals who want to grow into a leadership role.

• Engage customers face to face, identify their needs, and recommend the right products and services.
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales goals, both individually and as part of a team.
• Deliver a positive, professional customer experience that reflects our clients’ brands.
• Learn our clients’ products in depth and communicate their value clearly.
• Take part in daily team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training.
• Support newer team members as you gain experience.
