Role:
Field-based Account Specialist responsible for driving commercial performance across specific regional territories, supporting product launches, and building customer relationships in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
Responsibilities include:- executing territory plans to meet sales targets
- engaging healthcare providers and key stakeholders
- promoting product adoption through education
- navigating patient pathways
- collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Market Access and Medical to optimize outcomes
- 5+ years of sales experience in CNS or specialty pharma
- deep understanding of complex patient pathways and prescriber dynamics
- proven success in product launches
- familiarity with formulary access and institutional accounts
experience with hospital systems, specialty pharmacy, and early market strategies.
High-Value Biopharma Focus:CNS or specialty therapeutic areas, product launch and commercialization phases, patient access, and stakeholder engagement.
Work Setup:Field-based, covering designated territories; travel as needed.
