What You'll Do:- MotivateandmanageateamofB2BClient Relationship Managers (akaoutsidesalesreps)
- Coachyourteaminsalesstrategies,tools,andaccountplanning
- Leadmonthlysalesmeetingsandconductregularreviewstokeepgoalsontrack
- Serve as the go-to sales leader for your region, internally and externally
- Buildauthentic,lastingrelationshipswithbusinessclients
- Represent Ernestatappreciationevents,sportsoutings,andclientmeetings
- Partnerwithsupplierrepstodrivevalueandstrengthenrelationships
- Guideandsupportyour Client Relationship Managersastheyhuntfornewbusinessandgrowkeyaccounts
- CoachCRMstodeepenaccountpenetrationandmaximizeGTMgrowthacrosstheirportfolios
- Beastrategicpartnerinremovingroadblocks,navigatingclientchallenges,andensuringsuccessfuloutcomes
- Supportcompanypoliciesrelatedtocredit,collections,pricing,andmore
- Approvepricingdeviationsandoverseesalespromotions,campaigns,and contests
- Trackrecordofstrategicthinkingandoperationalexecution
- Confidence in building rapport at all levels from clients to colleagues
