Institutional Business Manager driving sales of Rigel’s Hematology & Solid Tumor oncology portfolio within key healthcare institutions across multiple states.
Responsibilities:- develop and execute strategic account plans, build and maintain relationships with prescribers, system influencers, and care teams
- analyze market dynamics and customer needs
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize engagement
- provide regular updates on account progress and market trends
- represent Rigel at industry events
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of institutional or health-system pharma sales experience, with a focus on hematology and breast cancer
- proven track record of exceeding sales goals
- strong strategic planning, communication, and relationship-building skills
Hematology, Oncology (Solid Tumor, Breast Cancer), healthcare system navigation, complex health systems, academic medical centers, IDNs, and large health institutions.
Work Setup:remote with extensive travel (~50%), including overnight and weekend trips within the assigned territory covering Northern California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Northern Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming.
