RISON Trip specialises in luxury hotel selection and bespoke private travel services. RISON Trip holds IATA TIDS registration and operates through global distribution and regulatory channels to deliver professional, reliable, and seamlessly coordinated premium travel solutions. This is a remote collaboration project, no office attendance is required.

• 协助完成订单确认、修改及后续服务跟进
• 维护客户关系，提升客户满意度与复购率
• 无其他非销售职责
• Follow up on client inquiries and recommend well-matched hotel and travel solutions
• Provide professional consultation and complete luxury hotel and bespoke travel sales
• Maintain continuous communication with clients via email and online platforms
• Assist in order confirmation, amendments, and after-sales follow-up
• Maintain long-term client relationships and enhance retention
• Uphold brand standards and professional service positioning
• No administrative or non-sales duties required

• This is a commission-based partnership program No fixed salary or guaranteed income Earnings are generated solely from completed sales transactions

• This is an independent contractor relationship, not an employment relationship. No labor contract or employee status will be established. Rights and obligations are governed by the cooperation agreement.

• 候选人需以个人独立身份参与合作，不得在其他同业营利性机构就业或兼职，不得代表任何公司或机构。热爱国内及国际旅游，对高端酒店行业及预订逻辑有较深入理解（持有国际高端酒店会籍者优先）。学习能力强，学历不限（旅游管理、酒店管理、会计金融背景者优先）。具备销售经验或酒店旅游行业经验（旅行顾问或酒店管理经验优先）。具备一定英文工作能力及良好沟通能力（精通英文、日语或广东话者可分配至海外业务区）。熟练使用 Microsoft 平台（Teams、Outlook、Excel、Word），具备高效邮件处理能力。品德良好，自律自驱，能够独立在远程环境中开展工作，具备解决问题能力与结果导向思维。
• Candidates must participate as independent individuals and may not be employed by, or engaged in, any competing for-profit organisation. Candidates may not represent any company or institution. Strong passion for travel, with a solid understanding of the luxury hotel industry and booking systems (holders of premium international hotel memberships preferred). Strong learning ability; no specific academic requirement (background in tourism, hospitality, accounting, or finance preferred).
  
  Prior sales experience or experience in the hospitality or travel industry preferred (experience as a travel consultant or hotel management professional is advantageous). Working proficiency in Chinese and English and strong communication skills required (fluency in English, Japanese, or Cantonese may qualify candidates for assignment to overseas business segments). Excellent email management skills and proficiency in Microsoft platforms (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word).
  
  High integrity, self-motivated, capable of working independently in a dynamic remote environment; able to solve problems efficiently; energetic, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong drive for success.
