Your key responsibilities Account management, billing & cash collection- Own cash collection on your licensee portfolio, working closely with Finance on payment follow-up and reminders
- Validate quarterly billing and ensure licensees submit accurate, on-time sales reports
- Manage licensee non-compliance situations from first notice to resolution, in coordination with Legal
- Issue breach letters when needed and enforce follow-up actions where non-compliance persists
- Lead renegotiations at contract expiry or on licensee request — minimum guarantees, royalties, product scope, territories
- Adjust licensee rights based on performance and business opportunities
- Issue annual usage certificates and manage licensee access to internal tools
- Coordinate cross-border tax matters and ensure licensees carry the required insurance
- Take over signed contracts from Business Development and lead licensee onboarding
- Support Business Development in finalizing negotiations when needed
- Be your licensees' main point of contact, representing the brand at trade shows and partner events
- Lead Business Account Reviews for top-tier licensees and prepare the quarterly Top 40 report for management
- Facilitate introductions between licensees and contribute to the annual budgeting process
- Candidate should be located in Florida
- Fluent English and Spanish required — you'll be the primary interface for our Lat Am and Spanish-speaking licensee base
- 5+ years of experience in account / client management, including exposure to complex, high-value accounts, operating with a high degree of autonomy in negotiation and dispute resolution
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen, with the ability to balance company and client interests
- Financial literacy: comfortable with invoicing cycles, sales reporting and revenue reconciliation
- Rigorous and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up discipline on compliance and reporting deadlines
- Strong cross-functional collaborator (Legal, Finance, Product, Quality, Marketing, Design)
- Willingness to travel internationally for client visits, trade shows and partner events
