Virtual Healthcare Education Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for outbound lead generation, disease-state education, and patient identification in a virtual healthcare environment. Customers include but are not limited to physicians and other healthcare providers, as well as key clinic personnel. In this exciting opportunity, you are a great fit if you can…

• Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual interactions with assigned targets to deliver disease-state education and generate qualified leads.
• Clearly articulate the clinical benefits and value of the product to HCPs and office staff to increase education and awareness.
• Build trust and strengthen customer relationships through consistent, professional virtual engagement with HCPs and key office personnel.
• Identify and monitor local market conditions and customer insights to support lead-generation efforts and collaborate effectively with field counterparts.

• Minimum of 1 year of pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare sales or lead generation experience
• Demonstrated success in a lead-generation environment, with experience conducting virtual educational sessions with HCPs preferred
• Virtual/inside sales or lead-generation experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to drive business outcomes and meet/exceed lead-generation metrics
• Self-motivated with strong performance orientation
• Effective prioritization and planning while ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines
