We are accepting candidates with a fine-dining chef background, particularly those who demonstrate strong communication skills, customer-facing experience, and a solid understanding of the food and hospitality industry.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing revenue, developing customer relationships, and expanding Prime Meats' market presence.

• Develop and manage a portfolio of customer accounts while building long-term business relationships.
• Prospect and acquire new customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Grow sales volume, profitability, product penetration, and customer retention within assigned accounts.
• Conduct regular customer visits to identify opportunities and provide value-driven solutions.
• Promote Prime Meats' portfolio of premium protein products.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close profitable sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and customer service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities, opportunities, and account performance using CRM tools.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and performance expectations.

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience

• Experience in the food service, wholesale distribution, meat, protein, or food industry.
• Existing relationships within restaurants, supermarkets, butcher shops, distributors, or food service operators.
• Experience working with CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline.
