About the Role

Finish Line Promotions is hiring a Marketing and Sales Assistant in Charlotte, NC. This is a face-to-face, customer-facing position focused on sales, customer engagement, promotional campaigns, and business development.

You’ll represent client brands directly to customers, build strong relationships, communicate product and service benefits, and support sales campaigns designed to increase customer acquisition and sales.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident speaking with people, enjoys working with customers, and wants to develop practical skills in sales, customer service, communication, promotional campaigns, and business development.

What You’ll Do

• Represent client brands in face-to-face customer interactions.
• Engage customers, identify their needs, and clearly communicate products and services.
• Support sales and promotional campaigns.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Help generate new customers and sales opportunities.
• Deliver professional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Track customer interactions and sales activity accurately.
• Participate in sales training, coaching, and development sessions.
• Work toward individual sales and customer-engagement goals.
• Provide customer feedback and sales insights to improve campaign performance.
