Inside Sales Representative

• Respond to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries
• Provide customers with product, pricing, and availability information
• Process orders, returns, replacements, and account updates
• Troubleshoot basic order or service issues and follow standard workflows
• Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and internal systems
• Prepare quotes within established pricing guidelines
• Conduct routine outbound follow-ups on quotes and open orders
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Support field sales teams with documentation, samples, and scheduling
• Maintain strong product knowledge to guide customers effectively

• Manage high-volume daily customer communication
• Process 20–40 orders or service tickets per day
• Maintain consistent follow-up on assigned quotes and customer needs
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Accurate and timely order entry
• Consistent quote turnaround and follow-up
• High customer satisfaction scores
• Strong collaboration with internal and field sales teams

• Knowable working with ERP systems for order processing, inventory tracking, and customer account management a plus. Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems
• Basic knowledge:
  Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, OMS, and MPS (Data analysis for sales reporting).

This position requires a high school diploma.

• 1–3 years of inside sales, customer service, or order management experience
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
