market is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic
Sales Manager
, with proven auto sales management, team building, and closing skills, to be responsible for the success and profitability of vehicle sales, sales team management, and more. • Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed dealership sales goals
• Coach, train, and mentor sales staff to improve performance and customer interactions
• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index(CSI) scores
• Work closely with the finance department to ensure seamless transitions from sales to financing
• Explain vehicle features, advantages, and financing options best suited for customers
• Ensure loan/title and miscellaneous documents are processed efficiently
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
• Engage in business development to expand market reach and increase sales opportunities

• Automotive Sales Manager or Finance Manager experience required
• An energetic and outgoing 'people person' who is motivated to succeed
• Good customer service,communication, and computer skills
• A positive, upbeat attitude and good work ethic
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Valid driver's license and insurance
