Summary
Drive sales and deliver an exceptional client experience at the Charlotte Premium Outlet store. Build client relationships through personalized styling, product knowledge, and thoughtful follow-up while supporting store operations.
Responsibilities- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals and commercial KPIs.
- Provide welcoming, knowledgeable service and guide clients through an elevated shopping experience.
- Build client relationships, capture client data, and follow up on sales, events, and inquiries.
- Maintain organized sales-floor and stockroom areas and collaborate with store colleagues.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or a related customer-service role.
- Experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
- Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- Computer skills, including point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
