You’ll lead our sales representatives across on-premise, retail, and distributor channels while working directly with the CEO to turn opportunities into profitable, repeatable growth.

What You’ll LeadOn-premise sales: Guide reps selling into bars, restaurants, hospitality groups, and other approved venues. Build account relationships, product placements, staff education, and consistent reorders.
Retail sales: Lead reps serving independent stores, specialty retailers, convenience accounts, and multi-location groups. Grow productive accounts through better prospecting, merchandising, product assortment, and follow-through.
Distributor sales: Manage the reps and relationships supporting wholesale partners. Build territory plans, coordinate joint sales efforts, and drive downstream sales—not simply large opening orders.
Who We’re Looking For- A proven sales leader: Five or more years of relevant business-to-business sales experience, including at least two years managing and developing salespeople.
- Relevant channel experience: A strong background in retail, distribution, and/or on-premise sales. Beverage, consumer packaged goods, hemp, cannabis, or wellness experience is valuable.
- Commercial discipline: You understand margins, forecasting, account development, and the difference between activity and results. You follow approved product messaging and market requirements.
- A driven teammate: You take initiative, communicate directly, share credit, and hold yourself to the same standards you expect from others. You are comfortable traveling and participating in occasional evening or weekend customer events.
