The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for driving sales growth and executing Red Bull's strategic initiatives across assigned regions, divisions, or banners within a national retail chain. This role owns regional account performance, including volume, market share, budget management, distribution, pricing, promotions, and in-store execution standards (QPOD).
The RSM builds strong partnerships with key customers, develops tailored solutions that meet customer needs while supporting business objectives, and identifies opportunities to drive sustainable growth. This role also shares best practices, delivers innovative solutions, and ensures all regional programs and promotional activities align with the broader account strategy and Joint Business Plan established by the account leadership team.
