Outside Sales Representative; NC)

We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to develop and grow our presence throughout the greater Charlotte area. This is a true territory sales position focused on generating new business and building long-term customer relationships.

This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys prospecting, creating opportunities, and managing their own territory. If you are not comfortable making cold calls and opening new accounts, this position will not be the right fit.

• Prospect and cold call daily to generate new business
• Develop and manage a territory across the greater Charlotte area
• Build relationships with fabricators, contractors, and industrial customers
• Grow existing accounts while aggressively pursuing new opportunities
• Work independently and take ownership of territory performance and sales goals

• Base salary plus commission
• Uncapped earning potential

3+ years in welding or industrial distribution

Existing relationships or book of business preferred

Strong hunter mentality. You enjoy prospecting, opening doors, and closing deals.

Comfortable with cold calling and in-person selling

Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently
