For our client, we are seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales
- Neuroscience Specialist, CNS
- Boise W,  (Nampa, Caldwell) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will focus on driving specialty pharmaceutical sales within a neuroscience territory, with an emphasis on building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals. You will engage clinicians through a mix of in-person and virtual touchpoints, gather local market insights, and help shape territory strategy in a highly regulated environment. The position also includes collaboration across internal partners to support access, execution, and effective customer engagement.

Location:

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $107,362 – $166,750 annually

• Conduct proactive outreach to healthcare professionals regarding product access and patient care.
• Utilize virtual or digital tools for customer engagement and collaboration with colleagues.
• Facilitate speaker programs to disseminate insights and knowledge.
• Organize local provider discussions to gather feedback and share experiences.
• Elevate local market insights to the Area Business Lead for strategic decision making.
• Collaborate with the ecosystem team to refine targeting and calling plans.
• Act on customer insights to shape local strategy and business objectives.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales.
• Preferably experienced in CNS, psychiatry, or ADHD.
• Experience in launching new products or indications preferred.
• Must live within 50 miles of the primary sales territory.
• 4+ years of experience in sales roles with HCPs, ideally handling multiple products.
• Proven ability to work in a transforming environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in compliance with regulatory standards.
