Das 18-monatige Programm ermöglicht Einblicke in die HR-strukturen und zahlreiche Projekte. Voraussetzung ist ein abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium im Bereich BWL oder Projektmanagement sowie erste Erfahrungen durch Praktika. Angeboten werden ein unbefristeter Vertrag, Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten und die Chance auf Übernahme in den HR-Bereich nach Abschluss des Programms.
