Hiring Immediately – Full‑Time, Part‑Time, and FLEX security officers for all days and shifts in Downtown Charlotte, NC.
Monday–Saturday, 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift are available. Pay: $18.00/hr, weekly pay. Applicants must have excellent customer service, good communication skills, and a professional appearance.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular patrols of the property on foot and via golf cart.
- Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
- Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
- Communicate clearly and professionally via radio, phone, and in‑person.
- Maintain detailed and accurate incident reports and daily activity logs using computer systems.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, building management, and law enforcement when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Enforce building policies and procedures consistently and respectfully.
- Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering the premises.
- Assist with evacuation procedures and emergency response protocols.
- Reliable transportation and a current/valid driver’s license.
- Prior security officer, military, or law‑enforcement background preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- PPSB license required.
