As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner within the technology and media environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and/or potential issues.
• Monitor for unusual activity and report any observations according to site protocols.
• Support access control procedures by observing entry and exit points and verifying credentials as necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and on-site personnel to support a secure and welcoming environment.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
