Intelligence Watch Officer (IWO)
Base pay range: $28.00/hr - $38.00/hr
Location & Shift- Onsite position, Charlotte, NC
- Shift: Fri-Mon, 2:00 pm-12:00 am
- Entry level position in the intelligence community
- Bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years of relevant experience
- or High School degree with 4+ years of relevant experience
Potential for career progression to first shift, supervisor/lead role, or analyst role.
Skill assessments: initial Teams assessment; potentially in-person assessment.
Responsibilities and Duties- Monitor intelligence feeds
- Triage and document threat information
- Produce tactical-level intelligence reports and effectively communicate threat information to stakeholders
- Assist intelligence analysts with conducting open‑source research on tactical threats to the company
- Provide necessary intelligence support to ESCC during incident response
- Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Homeland Security, Intelligence Studies, or related degree
- High school diploma or GED equivalent and 4+ years of relevant employment experience can substitute for an Associate’s degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Homeland Security, Intelligence Studies, or related degree
