We specialize in TPO, PVC, and EPDM roofing systems, delivering durable and energy-efficient solutions tailored to commercial and industrial clients. While our primary markets are in the Southeast, our capabilities extend nationwide, serving clients wherever their projects are located.

We are seeking an Assistant Service Repair Technician to join our service team in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will support the Service department by investigating and repairing various roof types, working closely with a Lead Service Technician to deliver quality solutions to our clients.

Job Duties:
  • Assist Lead Service Technician in investigating and repairing all types of low-slope commercial roofs
  • Develop skills in leak detection and common issues by roof system type
  • Maintain a safe working environment
  • Gain advanced knowledge of roof systems and components
  • Assist during snow and hurricane events in repairs or supervision
  • Meet schedules and client requirements
  • Perform quality repairs to avoid callbacks due to workmanship
  • Understand warranty and non-warranty repair types
  • Learn and operate service software (FCS)
  • Assist in data collection for proposed scopes of work
Skills and

Qualifications:
  • Preferred roofing knowledge and experience
  • Experience in construction and/or with hand tools preferred
  • Ability to obtain OSHA certification
  • Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 80 lbs.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Proficiency with tablets and smartphones
  • Willingness to travel on weekends or overnight as needed
  • Pass pre-employment drug screening
