Job Title: Lead Service Technician - HVAC

Work start and end time: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday (Some Weekends and Overtime, as needed)

Pay Scale: $35.00 - up per hour plus bonuses and spiffs!

Position Summary: To provide maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience. Provide training and expertise to junior service techs.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or its equivalent
  • Valid driver s license
  • Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Experience making repair and replace recommendations.
  • Advanced customer service skills.
  • Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.
  • Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques.
  • Reading blueprints is not required
  • NATE is a bonus but not required

Qualifications desired:

  • Universal EPA Certification
  • 4+ years experience
  • Insurable driving record
  • Possess tools needed

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
