Job Details

We are currently hiring for an HVAC Controls Technician in the Charlotte market to install, program, and service digital control systems while maintaining quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Job Duties
  • Commission controls installation and verify that control sequences meet specifications.
  • Complete commissioning reports as proof of controls verification.
  • Document installations for “as-built” control drawings.
  • Organize and demonstrate required BAS project sequences to meet commissioning agents’ requirements.
  • Represent the company by serving as direct customer contact.
  • Coordinate electrical and other sub-contractors to ensure proper project completion.
  • Implement controls sequences, programs, and graphics for new installations.
  • Implement databases, programs, and graphics for new construction and retrofit projects.
  • Confirm implementation meets project specifications.
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of BAS/BMS or DDC Controls experience.
  • Maintenance/Repair/troubleshooting BAS systems.
  • Familiarity with one or more of the following platforms:
    Distech, Niagara, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, Alerton, Delta Controls, Trane, or ALC.
Nice to Have
  • Tridium N4 and AX programming.
  • Distech Controls experience.
