Installation Technician

Location:

Charlotte, NC (within our Charlotte, Greensboro, and Raleigh, NC operations; may require travel up to 2 hours to job sites.)

• Install, repair, and maintain doors, turnstiles, revolving doors, and other entrance or security products.
• Proactively assist in projects, demonstrating autonomy in a high‑expectation, low‑supervision environment to drive project success.
• Learn techniques from your trainer, build on existing skills, and show a desire to grow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional worksite, paying attention to detail, taking pride in workmanship, and solving problems for customers.
• Work with office staff to order and track parts, materials, and time spent on services.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Comfortable using power tools and hand tools; preference for experience in carpentry, electrical work, HVAC, or similar.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, climb for long periods in a non‑climate‑controlled environment; lift 75+ pounds; work at heights/use a ladder.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screen required; vaccinations may be required.
