The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for efficiently performing all necessary maintenance for the apartment community

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
• Maintain company safety standards

• You have experience in make‑ready and apartment maintenance

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on‑call as required
• High school diploma or equivalent
