Responsibilities and DutiesInterpret blueprints and specifications to plan and execute commercial carpentry work.
Construct, install, and repair structural components and finish materials (wood, wallboard, formwork, etc.).
Operate hand and power tools safely and accurately.
Climb ladders and work from lifts or scaffolding at various heights.
Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs using proper technique.
Follow all company and OSHA safety protocols, always wearing appropriate PPE.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free job site.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a carpenter in commercial construction settings.
Ability to read and interpret construction documents and shop drawings.
Preferred Qualifications:
Completion of a carpentry apprenticeship or trade program.
OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
Experience on active job sites with tight schedules and safety-first operations.
Familiarity with steel stud framing and concrete formwork.
A passion for building things that last.
