Your Mission:
Are you a hands-on individual with a passion for mechanics and a desire to learn and grow in your career?

🛠️ WMH is looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Mechanic/Technician to join our team! You will gain valuable experience performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of material handling equipment, contributing to the efficiency and success of our clients' operations. 🔧 Perform Maintenance and Repairs: Assist with regular maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery.

🛠️ Learn Diagnostic Techniques: Work under the guidance of experienced technicians to develop your mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.

💬 Customer Service: Assist in providing excellent customer service by learning to communicate effectively with clients about the status and needs of their equipment.

📋 Documentation: Help maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and labor hours, in compliance with company standards.

⚠️ Safety Compliance: Follow all safety regulations and standards to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, colleagues and clients.

📈 Continuous Improvement: Participate in training sessions and stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

✔ Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in mechanics or related fields is a strong plus.

✔ Skills & Technical Knowledge:
Foundational mechanical knowledge paired with eagerness to learn. Familiarity with hand tools and diagnostic equipment is valued. High potential to grow into mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic expertise.
