Primary function of a Shop Mechanic

Typical Duties Include And Are Not Limited To:

Safety

• Promote and enforce safety first and foremost.
• Look for potential safety issues on the project.

Project Execution and Paperwork

• Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely fashion.
• Recognize the need for assistance and ask for it.
• Look for ways to be more efficient and profitable.
• Maintain a high level of professional ethics and demand the same of all employees.

Quality And Production

• Immediately address any and all quality or production issues.
• Inspect work in progress to ensure consistence in workmanship and specifications.

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications &

Experience:

• Excellent communication, organization, motivation, and leadership skills.
• Must have valid drivers license and meet all Crowder standards for Driver Authorization.
