John Emily Studio in Charlotte, NC is seeking a part-time on-site Tailor to perform fittings for bridal gowns and special occasion dresses, including pinning and marking and advising clients on alteration options.
You will execute precise alterations, hand and machine sewing, and finish garments to a high standard while maintaining accurate records and contributing to a calm, welcoming studio environment. Prior bridal/formal wear alteration experience is preferred.
