Invitation Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform high-quality maintenance across multiple trades in our single-family rental homes. You will provide outstanding customer service to residents and maintain a quality living experience.
Responsibilities include completing Pro Care visits, educating residents on home systems, and performing repairs in vacant properties. A valid driver's license and OSHA 10 certification are required or obtainable within 90 days.
