Norfolk Southern Corporation's Charlotte Roadway Shop is seeking a Hydraulic Technician to assemble and install hydraulic and pneumatic hose assemblies, bend sheet metal, and perform light fabrication including welding. The ideal candidate reads schematics and operates hose crimpers, tube benders, flaring and threading machines, and can diagnose and repair equipment.
Journeyman status is preferred, but those with less experience may enter a two-year step-rate program as student pipe fitters.
