We're looking for a dependable technician who can confidently maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems while providing excellent customer service.

• $21.00-$30.00 per hour, based on experience

• Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Some overtime and weekend work may be required based on customer and seasonal needs.

• Perform residential HVAC maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs
• Troubleshoot a variety of heating and cooling equipment
• Identify system problems and recommend appropriate repair solutions
• Help customers understand repair versus replacement options
• Perform preventive maintenance and system evaluations
• Evaluate airflow and system performance
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers
• Complete service documentation accurately
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while representing Charlotte Heating & Air
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience on every service call

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Insurable driving record
• Experience servicing and troubleshooting residential HVAC systems
• Familiarity with a wide range of heating and cooling equipment
• Ability to make repair-versus-replacement recommendations
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Knowledge of air-balancing principles and techniques
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of service calls
• Personal set of HVAC service tools
• Dependable and professional work habits

• Universal EPA Certification
• 1+ years of HVAC preventive maintenance or service experience
• Additional HVAC technical training or certifications
