Location: Charlotte, NC

Overview: Team is transitioning from internally built legacy platforms (Lucas/One View) to Loan IQ, through AIO Logic; nCino applications will also be migrated into the Loan IQ platform. Role focuses on test automation, manual validation, and data integrity verification as part of this large-scale migration initiative.

• Lead and support moderately complex technical initiatives within the Loan IQ migration program.
• Design, develop, test, debug, and document software components and automation frameworks.
• Perform manual and automated testing of Loan IQ integrations, AIO Logic, and nCino migration components.
• Develop and execute SQL queries to validate data consistency during testing and automation phases.
• Contribute to test automation using tools like Selenium or UFT.
• Conduct API testing (REST/SOAP) and support automation of backend validations.
• Collaborate across 3 Scrum teams (U.S. & India-based) to ensure quality delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Work closely with business analysts and product owners to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Review technical challenges, propose solutions, and ensure compliance with established standards and policies.

• Experience in development and/or testing.
• Hands‑on manual testing and test automation experience (Selenium or UFT).
• Strong SQL experience: writing complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning, and data validation.
• Microsoft SQL Server expertise including SSRS and SSIS.
• Experience developing and maintaining applications using ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, Entity Framework, Angular/React/JavaScript frameworks, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience with RESTful and/or SOAP web services.
• Exposure to cloud‑native application development.

Pay range: $55/hr to $65/hr (based on experience, qualifications, location, and position responsibilities).
